Design and build project involving the complete refurbishment of 19^th and 20^th century buildings located around a central courtyard to provide affordable housing as part of the St Giles Circus redevelopment scheme.

The project was highly commended at the Camden Design Awards 2017 for the quality of enhancement to the retained buildings.
