Full refurbishment and partial rebuild to integrate eleven buildings into a single hotel and restaurant development. The buildings were integrated by excavating and forming a common basement, ground floor, and first floor podium area.

The development is in the heart of London’s Soho and fronts onto Moor Street, Old Compton Street, and Charing Cross Road.
